Refunds

Payments are generally not refundable. Refunds or pro-rating for a payment made in error, or for a renewal charged before you cancelled, are at Corpgate, Inc.'s discretion. Email support@corpgate.com and we will look at it. This applies to both the annual plan and the 3-year prepaid plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time in the customer portal, or, if you pay with PayPal, in your PayPal account under Automatic payments, or by emailing support@corpgate.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your service continues through the end of the term you have already paid for, then ends. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current (or any prepaid) service term.
